u can do what i did soooo un healthy i dont recomend it…. Eat one big meal a day around 6:30pm at 6:45 throw it up… take laxitives in the morning… Walk alot (lost 22lbs in 1 week) then the rest slowly came off.. I did all this at the same time… (was 298lbs Now 195lbs) 6 months later
